Q: What do I need to bring to my first visit?A:
You may want to consider downloading our patient forms. The New Patient Forms page gives you the option to download, print, and fill out the appropriate documents at your own pace. Please complete the forms and bring them to your appointment. You may also bring:

Q: I want my smile to look better. What options do I have?A:
Overmeyer Family Dental provides many options for improving people’s smiles. First, Dr. Overmeyer will examine your mouth and have a friendly conversation with you about the smile you want to achieve. Your dentist will then present your treatment options. You may need one or a series of procedures, depending on the condition of your mouth and your goals. Some just need a quick whitening touch-up to get the dazzling smile they’ve always wanted. Others may need veneers, dentures, or dental implants.
Q: I have a dental emergency, what should I do?A:
For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 or head to the nearest hospital emergency room. For dental emergencies such as toothaches, broken dentures or other dental appliances, a lost filling, or a knocked-out tooth, please call Overmeyer Family Dental at 407-603-3839. We provide same-day emergency dental care for patients who need urgent attention.
Q: I have several missing and decayed teeth. What is my best option?A:
This depends on the extent of damage, your budget, and your goals. At our practice, you have a wide range of choices including dentures, dental implants, veneers, crowns, and fillings. Decay can be repaired by crowns and fillings. Veneers can be used to hide imperfections. For missing teeth, dentures and dental implants may be used as teeth replacement. Overmeyer Family Dental provides complete, partial, fixed, and removable dentures. We also have standard and mini dental implants.
Q: I have dental anxiety. What should I do?A:
Relieving dental anxiety is one of the things we do every day at our practice. We understand how unnerving a dental visit can be to anxious patients, so we strive to provide a comfortable, no-pressure office. Our doctors and staff are friendly and accommodating. We want you to love going to the dentist! It’s the first step toward better dental and overall health. For patients who want to reach a higher level of comfort, we offer inhaled sedation. Also called laughing gas, inhaled sedation is one of the safest sedation methods for children and adults, and it can be used for any dental procedure. Please view our Relieving Dental Anxiety page to find out more about sedation.
